First 3 day was good, then for next 3 days, then we had problem with hot water and central hesting,

I had a problem with hot water and a central heating. Everything was great first 3 days of my stay and then a boiler broke. The service came twice but it did not help. So I could not had a shower. The rest 3 days without hot water and I had to contact the support team. (I could not contact directly the owner). In apartment also I did not have a dishwasher. Of course I knew before booking about that, but it became very annoying, when I did not have hot water. Nobody has informed me yet about any compensation, I really should get some money back for inconvience during my stay and my deposit has not be returned yet.
