Much like a unclean motel
Upon entry, the front desk staff was friendly and professional. The lobby floors were not clean. As we entered the elevator, the walls were dirty and there was a strong aerosol spray throughout. The area near the 2nd floor steps was hot and had a foul odor that was evidently being covered up for spray. The odor was present throughout the building.
The outer doors and hall walls on the 2nd floor leading to our room were scraped and dirty. The room had a mini fridge, coffee maker and cups and the air blew well. The lighting throughout the room was nice and bright. The sheets were clean but the bed only came with 3 flat pillows. The carpet throughout the building including the room were filthy so I was sure not to walk without shoes. Children or people were running the halls and letting doors slam from 9am until the early morning hours after 1am. Unfortunately, the room phone did not have a dial tone nor did it work to call the front desk or anyone.
