We loved the property however the check in process was a bit of a nightmare. Also our room keys never worked we had to go down by elevator SEVERAL times to get new keycards and the manager had to come up once as well. It was very inconvenient as it took some time away from my well deserved vacation.

This was a good overall experience. I absolutely did not appreciate the amenities fee. They attract you online with a price including a pool, breakfast, gym, parking, etc. Then when you get there they tell you there is an extra fee for those things. I absolutely HATE that!!! I had already prepaid for the hotel and we were tired and ready to check in. We just nodded and accepted the charge. I can't handle that type of corporate deception.
