The property is conveniently located near the beach, which was a plus. However, I was disappointed with the additional $30 daily parking fee on top of the $35 resort fee. At most other places we’ve stayed, parking was included in the resort fee.

The first room we were given backed up to the elevators. All night long we were awakened by the elevator going up and down the elevator shaft and the bell. This room should only be assigned to a deaf person. The next morning we asked for a new room. That room was quiet and comfortable.

Staff was friendly and helpful; we paid for Gulf view and we could see the Gulf but I expected a full view. It should be advertised as a partial view.

Plenty of shopping and restaurants in walking distance. Tiki bar and beach area very welcoming. Did not use pool thus time but still beautiful. The only negative was no micro in room but available on request, which i wasn't aware of, but now know

Property is a bit dated but well maintained. Resort fee and mandatory valet parking are big annoyances.

The staff was friendly, greeting promptly. The room was average. Bed was comfortable. Issues: Black debris came out of air condition vent. Toilet continued to run water unless you shook handle. Night stand to left of bed, plug in for phone did not work. Shower water got warm, but not hot. Room was very small, and it was to be an ocean view, barely see ocean from side of building on 3rd floor. So for cost of room per night, it was very average. The Spa services were nice. The cost of room should of covered the parking fees, they did not, extra $29 per day for parking valet fee mandatory.
