Bathroom had newer fixtures and the bed was comfortable and clean. Big tv as well which is an always a plus. For the price, we would and probably will stay here again!

didnt have the so called breakfast, It was clean but they need to fix the second floor because it squeeks, Not good at 2 in the morning, squeek squeek squeek basic wood frame construction with zero sound proofing, Typical Super 8, There all like that, Comfort Inn, Days In, There all the same. One thing though workers do put an effort in.

We have tried and tried to cancel this stay. We ended up driving through Duluth on the 10th... which is the day we were going to stay in Duluth. but we could not find any email or anything to cancel this. your company had a rate for us to stay on the 10th, but then it shows nothing on the 10th but for the 20th. I got info today from the hotel and i called your number and spoke with Gray in the Phillipines. she was very nice and said that she would get the refund going and we would hear in 15 minutes or so. That was 3 hours ago. Plus the lady at the hotel said she would start the cancellation once they heard from Expedia... so something is amiss. We went to see our son and daughter in law ad needed to get back home. Please put our cancellation through and refund our debit card. Thank you for your help in this matter. Sincerely, Violet Deemer
