Loved the property. Our family stayed there for our son's graduation. The place was nice, updated, clean and the rooms were so spacious. Walking distance from several restaurants. Texas Roadhouse was literally across the parking lot. The staff at check-in was super efficient and friendly.

The room and common areas were very clean. The housekeeping staff were friendly and attentive. Our room was one of the cleanest I’ve stayed in. The breakfast was well stocked and convenient.

My experience was not pleasant. Reading the reviews of others, this was an anomaly. It started with the check in process. My reservation took multiple attempts (on the computer to find). When I finally got to my room I had to use the bathroom. While doing so, a gentleman (maintenance man) began to enter my room. Gratefully I was able to stop him before he entered all the way. I was angry and embarrassed and immediately went to the front desk. In retrospect, I should have handled it differently, but, I was stunned this could happen. I eventually spoke to the manager. He was impatient, condescending, and unprofessional. We were in town for a baseball game, and I was late, so I did not stick around. Yes, eventually, in a text, I was asked to stop by the desk when I returned. I was done with it and did not stop. Having said all of this, it is a beautiful hotel close to shopping and restaurants.

We have stayed at several hotels in Duluth this past year and this was one of the best for location, cleanliness, amenities and staff. We had a suite for our family of 6 and it was a great space that we could stretch out comfortably in.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The bathrooms seemed fairly updated but that was about all, the rooms were very dated the bed was not comfortable at all and for a king bed the pillows were extremely tiny. The pool area was meh. The hot tub barely worked, unfortunately we went during spring break weekend for the Duluth area and there were so many kids in the pool area, no fault to the hotel but overall our experience was just ok. I probably wouldn’t book this hotel again.
