The hot tub was closed our entire stay. If we would have known in advance we would have canceled our reservation and switched to a different hotel. Each day that we asked they said it would be open tomorrow. They said it was the chemical balance. They ran out of some breakfast items before 8 am. The hotel didn't seem that full to run out of food.

Property lobby was pretty clean. Although I did have a slight small ant infestation in the bathroom I killed at leadt eight during my stay. There was something suspect floating in the hot tub. I wasn’t getting in there the next morning the hot tub was closed for “repairs.”

30 minutes after arrival, was told hot tub not working but pool is still available. I drive a great distance and pay a great amount of money just to sleep in a bed for one night and the beds suck and hot tub down. No more. Done.

Had we been aware that there was only one parking spot per room we could of made other arrangements. Staff was very helpful. Pool is definitely on the smaller side but room was clean,bed comfy and food was good

We paid $303.00 for a tiny room. The air conditioner is LOUD, it runs fur 2 mins then shuts off. Kicks back in every 15 mins. It’s is still humid enough in our room to not have dried and towels or canvas shoes that had been in a sprinkle of a rain for a few mins to unload our vehicle. The bathroom…. You can’t shut the door without practically stepping into the tub. I’ve stayed in cabins that were beautiful log cabins in the mountains for less $. The beds are tiny and uncomfortable. Definitely not what we expected. The upside is.. the room was clean. And breakfast although the area was set up terribly, it was actually an ok breakfast. We will not be returning. Also will request money back

Very satisfied with my stay

Amazing location, the mall is right beside this property and has a lot of food options. The hotel offers hot breakfast and an evening cookie service. Staff is very friendly. Only issue with my room was that it did not have a cupboard or hanger space to place my clothes so I had to keep them in the suitcase. Overall worth the price and comfortable stay! Highly recommend
