I have been and try to be a frequent traveler. Through my professional activity and vacations with my family, I have had the opportunity and blessing to travel around many parts of the world. I can speak and offer opinions with particularity and knowledge about hospitality.
Unfortunately, lately, service and attention to detail have declined significantly. Perhaps due to cutting corners and not giving travelers what they deserve. Remember, people look for that little corner that somehow makes them feel close to home.
I was very surprised and delighted to find this place. I didn't expect such personalized, friendly, and professional service. When I checked into the condo, I was pleasantly surprised. Large, comfortable, well-appointed, and with very tasteful details in the decor. Very well thought out. The privacy of the unit (305B) is excellent. The kitchenware and utensils are of very high quality.
But the most important thing is the cleanliness and hygiene. A very rare bird, or a Rara Avis, to find. I hope they continue like this. Especially with the bedding and towels.
I wish them the best.
Just one detail. They should have at least one unit with a shower for disabled guests, not for me, but for other people.
