Incompetent Receptionist

Overall the hotel is not a business hotel, it is more of an holiday makers hotel and refugee accomodation hotel. Nevertheless, the biggest problem is when at checkout the receptionist refused to provide me with the receipt of payment only because I booked the hotel via hotels.com. Hotels.com clearly stated in my booking that as I decided to pay at the property, the final receipt would be given by the property. Still, the receptionist refused to provide the receipt. It took a manager to step out to tell the receptionist to issue the receipt as it was fine. Not sure why the hotel has decided to put an incompetent receptionist and on top of that give her the rights to do as she wants. Will not go back !

Good room, good restaurant on site and nearby.

I stayed mulitple nights as I joined and left a tour group. The lower floors rooms are sufficient for a one night stay but if you want a more comfortable experience I would suggest getting a fourth floor room.
