Our recent experience at the hotel was OK. First shock on arrival on 8/01/2017 was:
1)When the reception informed us that they had a booking for two of us and I have to pay extra for an extra person. I had a paid booking for three adults/one room. Luckly, a photocopy was handed by us.
2) At the reception I had to pay an extra 45 UAED what the receptionist said was city tax. At every city I have to pay at the time of check in. Not true. In Sharja, I did not pay.
3) Room service - Poor.
