The hotel itself was nice, clean with friendly staff. Swimming pool area was not adequate, there was not enough beds for the amount of guess, the four days we were there for we had to go to the beach to relax in the sun. Also we were not informed of the construction going on opposite the hotel, noise all day long, had we been informed I probably wouldn’t have booked this hotel. Having said that, this hotel is perfect if you are staying for 1 or 2 days

Staff were very courteous and professional. The two things that I didn't like about the hotel are 1) the misleading pictures showing far views from the rooms where in reality the view is blocked by construction work everywhere and 2) how badly the soundproofing is in the room.

They did not have my room available when we arrived, and I emailed them that I was in the way! For a booking that was booked and paid for in full more than a month prior, is unacceptable! We had to wait hours for them to find a room likely after someone else checked out! Wouldn’t be back there! The receptionist was also very rude.

Very friendly staff members. Location jumeriah circle had to get taxi’s everywhere and the traffic in Dubai is terrible, a 10 minute drive could sometimes me about 45 mins . Pool area was nice but to very shaded in the afternoon , loads of building work in the area. Had to complain to housekeeping staff a few occasions for towels and room not being cleaned . Lovely coffee shop in the lobby with beautiful coffee and nice cakes.

Honestly, this was a great hotel for the price. The hotel itself is VERY nice and the staff is very accommodating. My complaints are that the location was fairly far from most tourist attractions (about 30-40 mins due to heavy traffic daily), the area around seems to still be developing so, I cannot say it was a walkable area or near a lot of options. Also, I was unaware that the hotel charged a 50 AED visitor’s fee for anyone who came to your room and was not listed as a guest. This fee applied regardless of how long the visitor came by for.
