I reserved a king bed but got a queen, was told at front desk yes you did get a king bed sorry my bad. Didn’t offer me a refund and also did not get a sparkling bottle of wine. Disappointed.

Beautiful old style hotel!

I stayed in the executive loft. The room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Loved the lay out. For those who do not know, please note the bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. No water or sink in the living room area downstairs. I would stay again but water downstairs would be nice if you want to make coffee. Glasses up stairs n the bathroom would be great as well. A few little things I would change but still a wonderful room and AMAZING staff.

What an amazing hotel! The staff was great. The restaurant was very good. We used the valet service for parking. Very easy and simple to use. Our room was fabulous. Stay at the Magnolia, you will love it too.
