Excellent location for Disneyland. Parking is extra, but worth it. Orbitz forgot to include this in its description, but compared to parking at Disneyland it’s worth it. Check it staff are very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is awesome- Big room, plenty of beds for my kids, & walking distance of Disneyland. Wish they still had continental breakfast, but otherwise it’s great. Our go to for Disneyland!

Bed bugs and dirty rooms

I am still waiting to hear back from their management on refund of a room night due to bed bugs, dirty room with fake eyelashes stuck on the bedlamp, long white hair hanging from the coffee shelf above the microwave, and crusty/dirty desk chair.

Dirty carpets

Front desk staff and valet were amazing and kind. BUT room was okay the floor DISGUSTING. Sticky floor and very dirty carpet. Carpet turn kiddos knees and feet black after a couple mins on it. Just in the time we unloaded our belongings from our vehicle. Housekeeping not great. They came in our room first night and only took out trash and replaced towels. On check out day on my way back to my room I saw one was listening outside our door which made us feel uncomfortable. Outside noise outside the door is a bit louder than it should be.
