They made me check in and give my ID again on arrival even when I already did that online. When I told them that I already did everything online so it should be there, so they said “You are not local so we have to do it”. I don’t know how many times they need to take the ID

Had no issue with the staff but the property did not look like the pics. As soon as you walk in it’s a bad sewer smell. The elevators were down I had me and a small child and luggage to carry up the stairs! Too much was wrong with the room (look like someone broke in, soap holder ripped off wall and the marks were colored in with a sharpe, etc) I booked for 3 nights and I never stayed in the room I actually checked out a day early and I did not get credit for it! I should’ve read the reviews. It gives motel

Maintance is Lacking.

The hotel was surface clean. The TV channels were not programmed to the TV. The heat lamp in the bathroom did not work. These are things that routine maintenance should have detected and fixed.

The staff was wonderful, but unfortunately the property was in poor shape. The elevators were broken, and my suitcase was large. The lock on the door was broken, the bedding was dusty, the ceiling tiles were broken and missing. The properly was extremely outdated and under maintenanced.

Good staff, clean rooms but my shower has some cracks along the sides. Rooms need a 30 year update. Breakfast is ok but not the tastiest, luckily there are different options and a great cereal bar. At the end you pay for what you get

The property needs a complete renovation. Even the elevator wasn't working and we had to carry our luggage up two flights of stairs. Very old and tired. The staff was good. Won't stay here again.

There was a smoke alarm chirping in the hall outside of my room. I opened the door to enter only to find the battery pack to the door lock controls hanging my the cords and it's plastic cover on the floor. I picked up the room phone to report these things to the front desk, but it didn't work... I got into the hotel very late, so I just went to sleep. Turns out the alarm clock was also set about half an hour slow, so I ended up starting the day behind. There was also old, dried coffee drip marks on the wall behind the coffee pot digging on the desk, and the faucet handle came off in my hand when I turned the shower on. As I was leaving I could see broken light fixtures outside and run down state of many features. The shuttle was very convenient to the airport, and the drivers were very friendly. However, I will never stay there again.

Everything was good. Not easy to find so the front desk person directed us in from the phone - they were quite helpful
