My entire stay I was uncomfortable- the hotel room was dirty, sink was stopped up and needed to snaked multiple times, hair through out my room, and extremely outdated. Onsite breakfast was convenient but the food quality was poor. I thought it would have been a decent hotel due to being located near the airport, nope!

Ants

Hotel was not the cleanest in the hallways nor the lobby area. Had a smell to it. To top it off my last night there I woke up to small ants on the floor and in my bed. There were some items I didn't complain about initially like boogers blow on the wall by the coffee machine as I was just sleeping there and very busy but once the ants came I couldn't take it. I wouldn't plan on staying here again unfortunatly as it was very convenient.

The hotel was clean and the garden view was beautiful. I stayed 2 nights. The first room didnt have a working tv. The secomd room they switched me to had a clogged bathtub. I was not happy about having to switvh rooms but the third room was okay.

Never again.

The lobby is very misleading. The rooms are outdated at best, beds are fulls not queens, the toilet backs up into the tub every single time, the heaters are rigged up with wall thermostats attached to the heating element (it’s not secure and bobbles around) the heat also doesn’t work year round apparently because our room was 57 degrees and when I called I was told “it’s may we’ve turned the AC on the heat can’t be turned back on” we live in Michigan so that’s wild. It could snow tomorrow. Also when I asked for a manager they said they didn’t have one and they only respond by email anyways. The beds are also crazy uncomfortable. Spend the extra 20$ and get the nice hotel

We checked in the hotel and we noticed yellow stains on bed sheet, yellow stain in towels, and I discovered bed bugs. Sammy came into our room and let us leave and I showed her the bed bugs and she acknowledged that it was bed bugs. I had to book a hotel within an hour we arrived to forth worth. This place is dirty and it smells bad. I was able to get a full refund for this stay but the stress I had to go through was horrible. I bought bed bug spray. I couldn’t stay there so gross. I took so many photos. Stay at the Hyatt or Hilton hotel. The reviews are real do not stay here.

Elevator was broken, pool had limited hours, room smelt like a weed hot boxed room. I asked for joined rooms and it wasnt available anymore.

Was probably a beautiful hotel back in the day, but its showing its age. The hotel is directly in the path of one of the runways, so you hear planes landing every 5 minutes. I would not recommend staying here

I got an “old room” and it was tiny and scary and had only a window that looked into the hallway. I was told I had to use the stairs instead of the elevator to get to my room. I was very uncomfortable being there.

Gross, if you’re looking for a place to immerse yourself in grime, you’ve found it. The property is very poorly maintained. The sink was coming off the wall. The shower looked disgusting. There are so many dogs here, I thought I might have accidentally stumbled into a kennel rather than a hotel. The internet didn’t work and the staff didn’t seem to care. Breakfast wasn’t open on time and was the most poorly prepared food I’ve ever seen. The moto of this hotel should be “taking every step necessary to make sure your stay cost us as little as possible”. Stay away, motel 6 is right next door, go there for a better experience.

The property was loud from check in until about 11:00 . There were working man noises drillls. The fire alarm was pulled. Cash deposited was ridiculous with a convenient cash machine across the room.

Great place

Very spacious rooms and there is a beautiful atrium of plants and waterfalls. Indoor rooms with view of atrium and they have a restaurant
