Very nice hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff needs to be trained as to what kind of questions they can ask for service dogs. I was asked for my dog's "certificate or paperwork". I explained to the lady there is no such thing as a certificate or paperwork for a service dog. Unfortunately, I was sick and didn't educate her as to the questions she should have asked me.

The staff was very courteous; provided us with bottles of water upon arrival and was overall very friendly. The breakfast buffet in the morning was a delicious array of muffins, make-your-own belgian waffles, chicken sausage, potatoes, cereal, fruit and yogurt.

You are not allowed to leave your vehicle at the hotel if you're using the Sleep, Park & Fly feature. You have to bring it to Airlines Parking and pay them to keep your vehicle there. Very deceiving information. Will not stay there again!

Hospitality was excellent. I came back to fresh towels and a clean room each day. Thanks! Some of the front desk workers were not knowledgeable about what was around that area and/or how to get around. However, they were still pretty polite. Overall, it was nice.
