New reviews! Best hotels in Vietnam

3 / 5
Staff was super friendly but the policies in place really stopped them from being accommodating.
I ordered grab food/used a laundry delivery service and they weren’t allowed to bring up the food & I had to ask several times for them to bring the laundry up.
They also advertised free water bottles but didn’t mention that they’d charge you after 2. Vietnam is very hot and 2/3 other hotels I’ve been to have me unlimited water bottles
Also there was very loud construction going on right outside my window all through the night and it really picked up from 4-6AM
The spa however was AMAZING!!
