My partner and I recently spent 10 days in and out of Hanoi, using The Hanoi Indochine Hotel as our base while exploring places like Sapa and Halong Bay. From the moment I booked, the team at the hotel was in constant communication, answering questions and helping us plan our trip seamlessly. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful with anything we needed. The hotel itself is in a perfect central location—right in the heart of everything—and is absolutely spotless. The air conditioning was a lifesaver after hot days exploring the city, and breakfast each morning was excellent, with plenty of fresh and tasty options. The cheerful staff at breakfast truly helped start each day on a positive note. This hotel is an absolute gem. We couldn’t fault a single thing—everything was on point. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Hanoi!

We are a family from Ireland and have recently stayed at the Indochine Premium hotel. This hotel is a gem. The location is exceptional right on the lake and close to shops and restaurants. We had an executive family room which was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plentiful, fresh and very well organised. The highlight of this hotel is the staff. A special mention has to be for Miss Jenney and Miss Mia who went out of their way to be of assistance. All staff are very friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and we will definitely return.

This property situates in a great location, easy access to almost everything you need, walking distance to many restaurants. Though in the middle of a busy street our room is quiet and the large king bed is so comfortable. It’s a small property but we received the best services from check in and out to buffet breakfast and everything in between. All of the staff were very attentive and prepared to make special accomodations for us ahead of time based on dietary preferences and travel/activity plans. Thank you for a pleasant experience. We will definitely come back and highly recommend your hotel.

Super central location in the Old quarter, everything within walking distance and a corner away from all must see landmarks. The room was super spacious and comfortable. Best thing about this stay was definitely the staff! They are very professional and efficient, they helped with all our queries, booked transportation for us and where always so handy. The staff is very friendly and kind and they elevated the experience of staying here, definitely will book again when in Hanoi.

We arrived early, and the receptionist was incredibly warm and helpful. We were greeted with a welcome drink, offered an early check-in and a room upgrade for a small, reasonable fee. What a great start! The room was spotless and cozy, with both a shower and bathtub, hot water, complete toiletries, and a super comfy bed with soft pillows. The AC worked perfectly. As soon as we arrived, two staff members came out to the road, greeted us, took our luggage, and made us feel truly special — it felt like they were waiting just for us! Check-in and check-out were smooth. We asked if we could store our luggage for four days (even though we weren’t returning to stay), and they agreed with zero hesitation. They even invited us back for a free drink when we return — amazing! Breakfast was impressive: a wide variety of continental and authentic Vietnamese dishes, a live counter, fresh food, and friendly service. Location is top-notch — near the lake and in the heart of the Old Quarter, with everything walkable. For the price, this hotel delivered beyond expectations. Truly a royal experience!
