The staff are very helpful, friendly, approachable and reliable specially Mia and Celina at the lobby. Our room is spacious and pristine clean! I will recommend this hotel to my friends going to Hanoi. It is located in the Old Quarter so basically everything is within reach. Famous Phoʻ 10 is a short walking distance.

The hotel is a gem with nice staff, beautiful rooms and great breakfast buffet. Very clean and with great view from breakfast room situated at the top of the building. We were upgraded for our two nights probably because of low occupation in this very hot season (temperature reached 40C on those days).
