We really loved our spacious suite and the panoramic ocean view. Easy access to the beach, shops and restauants near by. Breakfast was mediocre compared to other places we stayed on our trip but there were plaenty of options. While we tried to avoid the peak times, it was a very busy experience.

Everything is fine and I am very happy to stay in this hotel. Very clean and well maintained. My suggestion to improve the stay experience is: I would like to suggest to change the television with one that allow you to switch the audio output to a bluethoot device. In this mode, everyone in the room can ear the television using the auricular of the cellphone without disturbing. In this mode no noises from other rooms and if someone want to sleep and your partner want to watch the tv it is possible without noise..

No fault of the hotel but We had trouble sleeping due to music noise until 2.30 then starting again at 5am. Also, not enough chairs/lounges around pool or in shade.

Hotel conveniently located and basically OK. However it is very well used and starting to show its age. For the price, it does represent good value. Breakfast crowded unless one went quite early. Constantly seemed to run out of glasses and cups. Very minor point but something that should be easily solved. Staff polite and helpful. Pool area quite small and got very busy at times.

I cannot wait to come back. The hotel is amazing. Staff was so helpful from the minute you leave the bags with them to bring up yo your room to towels you get for the beach across the street. Someone is there to help give directions, give you a short cut. Restaurants all around. You can get clothes washed two short blocks away. Free water bottles everyday and coffee refill. The breakfast buffet was amazing. We looked forward to getting up and eating rhe breakfast buffet everyday :)

Great location to the beach and to all major shoppings and restaurants. No USB for phone chargers, charge us for one broken glass, hotel should have factor in as their daily expense.

Good location just across road from beach. Booked 4 rooms, however one of the had a really bad smell of smoke so had to change rooms, took a little while with 2 small children. Fruit platter and a note to apologise came up to new room so all good. Breakfast was ok and rooms spacious and clean. Staff are very attentive to your needs A lot of building work going on either side of hotel but no noise. Pool and roof top bar are great too. Would book again

Located right on the beach strip, couldn’t be more convenient. The beach is right across the street. Lots of restaurants and books to discover. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were great-definitely purchase the inclusive breakfast. (the only downside was that there was construction happening on both sides of the hotel and so our partial ocean view didn’t really happen (and we shouldn’t have had to pay for it). Other than that, everything was first rate.
