Besides the terrific location right in front of the beautiful Da Nang beachside, the surrounding area is awash with dining, spa and shopping options. The facility is very clean and well maintained, the staff are eager to help and very friendly. Room quality very good, bed average to avg+. We had a great stay The hotel is very nice, clean and modern! The staff were wonderful! Breakfast buffet was great with variety of food. Beach is right across the street.

Overall our stay was fantastic, great buffet breakfast, close to heaps of restaurants and great food. Central to a lot of attractions and beautiful landmarks. The downside was the surrounding streets and litter. Vietnam isn't the cleanest of places and there was just a lot of damaged footpaths, rubbish and unusual smells that aren't great but you get used to it. There was a lot of construction going during our stay and you can hear a lot of road noise during the night, hence why you are provided ear plugs which we used and helped alot.

I had the Diamond beach view room for 7 nights. Excellent room, spacious enough for three people. Large bathroom and excellent view of Da Nang beach. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff were attentive providing us with fruit platter and hand written note. Only negative is that the sound outside can be heard in the apartment and this did result in some sleep issues.

This property was well located right across from the beach and an easy walk from many shopping and dining options. The staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms well equipped and clean. The only thing I would comment on for improvement was the breakfast. There were items running out and a queue for the coffee machine, bacon was overcooked and the knives were too blunt to cut it. That’s what pulled it back to a 4 would have been 4.5 if I could give it.
