Very clean in every respect. The staff were exceptional, especially Ms Hannah Nguyen from customer relations. Everyone greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to make us welcome and comfortable. And wow, the breakfast buffet was extensive and well prepared.

The experience from the front door until I departed was top notch. The buffet staff was exceptionally attentive and helpful. The bell hop service was the usual above average. My second time staying there and it won’t be my last.

The rooms we stay. We barely see the beach at all. When I first checked in, hotel provided me new face towel. Second day I stayed, the hotel gave me an old face towel with torn on all the sides. It looks like it was used so much that the towel was all torn. Really disappointed. On top of it, my wife's room have bad odor when the AC is on. We request to change filter and they did on second night. Really disappointed for 4 star hotel

I don’t think I have enough room to say how much we enjoyed this hotel. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful, the breakfast buffet was delicious, and the rooms were very nice and quiet. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the shower, simply because you have to step into a very high bathtub. For older guests or anyone with mobility challenges, this could be difficult. Other than that, I give this hotel two thumbs up and five stars. We will definitely stay here again.

We were a family of 4 in a room and we were refused even more than 2 towels (asked to pay for additional) - four people to share 2 towels (horrible and unheard of policy). Same for water / cups etc. Never before have experienced such practices. At one point, one of the housekeeping ladies also pointed put that one hand towel is missing (which in fact it was not, when accounted for later) Separately, my little kid feel sick and threw up on the bed and the bedding had to be cleaned. During the final settlement, they charged us for dry cleaning ($75USD - after generously applying a 50% discount) coz as per them the stains could not be removed. First, they did not inform about this policy before (even when we asked housekeeping categorically if any issue) and when we asked that we be shown the stained pieces at check out, they themselves could not find the stains (at which point we left without paying as we had to arrive at the airport and they clearly were trying to get away with charging us - they did not expect us to ask for the pieces to be shown to us).
