The staff were outstanding, and I truly appreciated the cleanliness of the room. However, as an Expedia Platinum VIP member, I expected to receive more benefits, especially since one of the main reasons I chose this property was because it’s listed as an Expedia VIP hotel. Unfortunately, there was very little acknowledgment of my status, and we didn’t even receive a room upgrade. While a 20% spa discount was offered, the rates were still higher than similar services available outside the hotel.

I had the 5 th level balcony room. The room was clean and bed and sheets were comfortable. Hotel had all the facilities to make the stay a great experience. Right across the road there’s a micro brewery with a great patio right on the beach

Great staff, especially at the breakfast restaurant and the concierge. The room was spacious, very comfortable pillows and the shower was good. We will stay there again next time.
