This brand-new hotel truly deserves a 7-star rating. The level of service far surpassed what we expected from a 5-star property. From the communication before arrival, to the welcome drinks and personally escorting us to our room, it was a different level of service. The room itself was spacious, immaculate with high-quality towels, robes, toiletries, and an exceptionally comfortable bed. Breakfast each morning was wonderful, offering a wide variety of dishes that changed daily, along with a delicious à la carte menu. The warm, relaxing swimming pool was another highlight of our stay. We met the manager, Thomas, on our first morning, and were amazed that he already knew our names. He greeted us warmly every time we saw him and frequently checked in to ensure everything was perfect. One moment that truly stood out was when we asked to lower the music volume at the pool—Thomas arrived immediately to adjust it himself. On our final day, knowing we always had breakfast at 6:30 a.m., Thomas came specifically to say goodbye and thank us. He offered to personally drive us to the airport since he was heading home at the same time. His dedication explains why Hotel du Lac Signature Hanoi runs so seamlessly and maintains such an exceptional standard. We will also miss the amazing staff—Emma, Mia, Kendra, Irene, Tracy, and many others whose names we couldn’t recall. Every one of them was consistently kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful.

Their onsen in the Travel Package is a must try with spacious jazccuzi, sauna and the special herbal soaks. Absolutely loved my stay here. The hotel has a beautiful decoration from the entrance to the restaurant. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay, even for 1 night. The Du Lac Signature hotel Hanoi was amazing from start to finish. Staff were there to meet you at the car, and did everything they could to ensure that you were looked after. The view from the rooftop bar was fantastic and a great way to watch the sunset with a nice drink. The reception team were always ready to help, giving us great recommendations as to best local places to eat and things to do, they even helped us plan our onward travel while not staying in the hotel. The room was spotless, with a very comfy bed and everything you might need to hand. Will definitely stay again if we come back to Hanoi. Thank you all so much for your kindness and professionalism.

Very modern, comfortable and clean hotel. The staff are all excellent - not sure if have experienced better. Would definitely stay again. Thomas, the Concierge, is a legend.

Excellent staff extremely helpful. Hotel was not yet fully operational. Mild criticism is that “interior view” is a little bit of an overstatement effectively there is no window. (A “window” showing a featureless narrow shaft cannot honestly be described as interior view. The room was very comfortable and completely clean

This is a brand new hotel at the time of writing (November 2025). Everything is new and fresh. Amazing experience with the friendliest staff in the world. The hotel is well located within the old quarter. Walkable to most locations and Very easy to get a taxi from here using the grab app. It’s close to the hustle and bustle whilst being far enough to have a peaceful time. Train street 8 min walk away Walking street 13 mins walk away Hundreds of options near by for food and drinks. Local Vietnamese to international foods. We had the indochine executive double with city view The wall plugs have international sockets so they take any type of plug which is very helpful. Smart tvs in the room where you can AirPlay or screen mirror something from your phone. Separate bath tub and shower in the rooms we stayed in. The hotel also has a swimming pool located in the basement and a on site spa. Breakfast takes place on the ninth floor From the moment we checked in Broky was amazingly helpful. He highlighted must see pleaces on a map and also saved things onto my phone for me. Also got us a room upgrade. Rose was delightfully courteous, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we were kept smiling. Sorted out an airport transfer for us without us having to ask. She put the cherry on the cake with this hotel with her incredible hospitality and service. It was a pleasure to stay here. Thomas was incredibly helpful with getting an issue with our room rectified.
