We had a fantastic 10 days at this hotel. This was mainly due to the amazing staff team. All of the staff in every part of the hotel are exceptionally helpful, friendly and kind. Thomas the manager was always available and organised our trips to Halong bay and Ninh Binh. (Both were excellent). Our room was beautiful, very clean with a really comfortable bed and fresh fruit and bottled water provided every day. We really enjoyed our stay in Hanoi. Thank you!

HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE is without doubt one of the finest hotels I have experienced in Asia, and the fact that it has only just opened makes it even more impressive. Everything feels brand new—polished interiors, spotless rooms, and a design that combines modern luxury with subtle charm. Beyond the facilities, it was the hospitality that left the strongest impression. On my birthday, the front desk team surprised me with a cake and gathered together to sing. It was such a thoughtful gesture that brought genuine emotion and made my stay unforgettable. These personal touches are what elevate a hotel from simply “good” to truly extraordinary. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with plenty of variety and beautifully presented dishes. Every staff member I encountered was professional, kind, and always smiling. The location is unbeatable—right in the Old Quarter, close to the famous Train Street, yet perfectly quiet once you’re inside. This hotel proves that luxury is not only about the building or the décor, but also about the way people make you feel. Here, I felt cared for, celebrated, and at home.

My husband and I recently celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary, and choosing Hotel du lac Signature in Hanoi was one of the best decisions we could have made. From the very beginning, the service was impeccable. Even before our arrival, the hotel’s sales team responded promptly to every inquiry. We asked about airport transfers and traffic conditions, and they arranged everything seamlessly. They even sent us thoughtful recommendations for how to make our anniversary trip extra special. During our stay, we booked a Ha Long Bay tour through the hotel, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our entire journey. The arrangements were smooth, professional, and stress-free, allowing us to simply enjoy the experience. Every meal at the hotel was carefully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor—truly making us feel pampered at every moment. Staying at HOTEL du LAC SIGNATURE was a highlight of my trip to Vietnam. Tucked right in the center of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, the location could not be more convenient—just steps away from the Colorful Train Street, markets, and cafés. Yet once inside, the hotel feels like a peaceful sanctuary, with absolute quiet and a sense of refined luxury. The hotel is brand new, and it shows. From the elegant lobby with its inviting fragrance to the spotless hallways and rooms, every detail feels fresh and pristine. My room was spacious with French Balcony, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Every time I entered or left the hotel, they remember my name & I was greeted with a bow and a smile, small gestures that made a big difference. It felt as though the team genuinely cared about my experience, not just as a guest, but as a person. For a newly opened hotel to already deliver such a high level of service and comfort is rare.
