Showed up to this stay to be told they over booked and turned us away. We were tired and ready to relax. Only option given was to move us to a sister property way outside of downtown. They didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience they caused. Felt very unprofessional. Site looked nice but that experience will keep me from coming back.
