Our overall stay was great! Only thing that was a bummer is my moms room, her AC wasn’t working so she was really hot sleeping throughout the night. We let the front desk know about it. The staff were really friendly upon our arrival and on our departure. It was very nice and clean. Thank you!!

Short Business Trip

I arrived at 2:30 am and I was still able to get a shuttle. Beds were comfortable but the pillows are just little squares. The place is definitely showing some age but I would stay here again. Breakfast the first morning was not busy. Second day it was super busy. Maybe get a second waffle maker for weekends? The neighborhood was good too.

My review

First day the toilet was leaking water on the floor everytime you flushed. Clerk was awesome and offered us another room to switch to. The people next door in that room were the worst. They were very, very noisy until 03:00 am and then startedagain at 6:30, we tried telling them to be quiet with no luck. Tried calling front desk and no answer, had a very miserable night.

Your staff were very helpful and pleasant. Mara asked questions when we arrived and offered suggestions that we didn't have to think off. She picked us up at the airport promptly and the other lady drove us to the airport at the arranged time the next morning. Very comforting. Thank you all

The check in was quick, our room was comforable and clean. Only odd thing was the bed wasnt centered in the room. Im guessing at one point it had 2beds in it. But it wasnt inconvenient just made the room feel kinda empty or something. But that wasnt a issue. It was queit didnt hear people in the pool which we were really close to. Hotel staff were really nice and helpful. We didnt use the shuttle. Only issues i did have was the door when you opened it and it was closing really fast it almost like it was slamming shut, and with it being a fairly heavy door it would like literally push you out of the way. But we enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately we kept missing the breakfast.

Unfortunately there was a late night domestic violence incident in a nearby room which kept everyone awake for over 2 hours. No one at the desk to respond. Otherwise a pleasant experience. Day staff excellent and shuttle driver was delightful

We have seated at this hotel several times a year for the last decade. We are very happy with it. People are very friendly and helpful. This time we had to call the front desk to bring us ice bucket. Also noticed that the curtains had a broken/missing holder and the front of the desk was loose. However, we would stay here again. Breakfast is very nice.
