Great place to stay

Check in was quick and easy. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Bathrooms, floor, and everything were clean. AC/heat worked well. Breakfast was good. Shower head water pressure was kind of low but it did the job.

There is not enough parking when there are events. The bar and lobby staff are very nice and professional. The rooms are outdated, our bathroom always stunk like sewer, the wall paper was messed up around all the doors and windows. Our security lock was missing our door, the phone had to be repaired in our room upon arrival and the tv constantly lost signal so we could not watch anything on TV. This hotel works in a pinch but overall I would not choose this hotel for a nice stay in Albuquerque.

False presentation of a suit in this hotel. It was 2 a joining rooms one with a couch. Absolutely no Mountain View’s as stated. No table and chairs. Room and furnishings out dated. Paint peeling off walls in bathroom.

We chose the Double Tree for its convenience to the convention center. We decided the high price would be worth just being able to walk across the street for the tournament we were in town for. The hotel and room were clean, beds comfy, but our room was small and the bathroom was the size of a crackerjack box. The elevator made groaning noises that became quite annoying and beware that you will pay an extra $20 a day for parking on top of the inflated price per night. We did frequent the cafe for convenience. Limited menu, but wasn’t too bad.
