Stylish and welcoming stay with a few design quirks ARRIVE ABQ is a stunning property—both the exterior and interior are beautifully maintained and designed to a high standard. The front desk and concierge staff were excellent: friendly, professional, and quick to assist. I only needed them for a couple of things—help setting up the in-room safe (resolved promptly) and a late checkout, which they kindly extended by an hour at no extra charge. They also looked after my luggage on my last day while I explored before my night flight—really appreciated that! The rooms have a fun, quirky vibe and feel very modern. The smart TV worked great—I was happy to stream my shows on YouTube. That said, the room layout wasn’t ideal for privacy; because of the shared outdoor walkway (think motel-style), you have to keep the blinds down most of the time, which limits natural light. A word of caution about the bed frames—they're very low and easy to bump into. I banged my shins more than once, and the bruises weren’t pretty! May just be me, but worth noting. Rooms come with a well-stocked mini bar/fridge, though I’d suggest using a delivery service like Uber Eats if you're looking to save on food costs. There’s also an on-site restaurant, which I didn’t get a chance to try. Unfortunately, there’s no laundry facility and no in-room phone to contact the front desk—which can be inconvenient, especially for international travelers without a local calling plan. I’d definitely stay here again.

At check-in, I was very disappointed in how the receptionist began to argue with me. It's almost like she wanted to have the last word. I gave her time to speak and when it was my turn to speak, she kept interrupting me and speaking over me. This is something I thought I would never expect at a freshly new hotel. The receptionist was very rude, and even the other receptionist looked very surprised at the way her colleague was speaking to me.

Too modern not humble at all.

Front desk is not friendly or inviting not to mention hospitable in any way. Valet is slow and expensive. Very little room amenities. I will not be returning to this property in the near future.
