Won't stay here again

Older building renovated into a new, retro-type of a hotel. Room was very clean. Some staff members were friendly; some were learning. Room was "tight". Kept hitting the bed frame that was sticking out. The sink had no room to place your make-up, etc. Not a very practicable set-up. No table to sit by to eat (probably wanted us to eat in their high-priced restaurant). Pool was beautiful. Room frig was packed full of their drinks that they wanted you to buy, so no room for our cooler items. Only one, very small waste basket. No microwave. No ice machines. Breakfast was not included (had to buy at their restaurant). Had to pay for their valet parking or a parking meter.

25 dollar a night for parking valet only no other good options next to homeless camp not safe I skipped valet parking first night and my car was broken into never going back

Great, clean, friendly stay. Hip.

If you are a light sleeper, I would not stay here. There are cars and motorcycles that rev their engines about every hour. I sleep soundly and it didn't bother me, but I could see how it might bother others. There are also some homeless roaming around but none were aggressive. Other than that, my stay was great. The rom was very clean. I felt secure as there were always attendents at the front entrance (valets). The staff was friendly. Folks hung around by the pool and at the dining place downstairs. It's a chill city and I liked it.

Service was great. Room was cute. Hotel itself didn’t feel safe at night. There was a group of guys smoking and talking loudly outside my room door. They gave me a drink discount for the inconvenience. But as a solo traveler I wouldn’t return - it’s a motel feel with doors facing the loud streets.

Centrally located retro hotel is worth a stay

It was a great experience to stay in this cool retro hotel in downtown. Not far from freeway, airport and Old Town. Food was good, service was friendly. In room bottled water is a bit pricey tho.

Nice inside just noisy

It’s a cute retro motel type place with a great view and nice location. Beds were comfortable. The one problem is street noise and thin walls. They do supply earplugs which worked for me but the noise kept my daughter awake. The little restaurant had wonderful tacos and burgers and everyone was super friendly and helpful

Bad night

Noise from the pool was so loud we didn’t get to sleep until after midnight. Then about 1 am drag racing started on the street outside. Squealing tires and revving motors until 1:30. At 2 a drunk woman was banging on the next door room yelling to be let in. Not a restful night.

Lovely, boutique. We didn’t use the valet because we have a Tesla but didn’t have our key card and they wouldn’t take the car without the card. Street parking felt a little sketchy in this neighborhood but it ended up being fine!

My husband and I only stayed in Albuquerque for one night prior to flying home and Arrive was a perfect choice for our lodging. The room was impeccably designed and whatever mattress they use was wonderful. We slept like babies. We also really enjoyed spending a couple hours by the pool. The poolside service was very convenient and the drinks were great. Next time we stay we'd love to try the restaurant as well. Highly recommended!
