We arrived early (11am) and the staff helped us to hasten the check in. Instead of 3pm, they helped us to settle down with our weary children at around 1pm instead. They also provided us with Brolly when we were stuck due to a rain.

Lovely hotel, great staff, definitely worth getting a room with a view of the pool/sea. Close to hawker market for food options. Need to take bus to go into George Town however, but bus stop is right outside the hotel so pretty convenient.
