Tge cleanliness of the hotel apartment was ok but the bath towels have a very bad mouldy smell even though it still felt warm and looks clean. The accessibility to the hotel is very unfriendly as there is only 1 lift to the hotel apartment room. The internet range is also limited to tge living room area and does not have any access in the rooms. The rules and regulations of the hotel is also very surprising as it indicates that all the utensils used needs to be washed by occupants before check out. All else during check in and check out was smooth sailing

Aircon leaked over night till the entire bedroom floor was flooded. It was too late to do anything as it was already 9am by the time we noticed. It was so dangerous as my 86 year old grandmother almost fell down when she woke middle of the night.

I was lucky enough to get a free room upgrade to a suite on the top floor. Room was clean and comfortable. There's a water dispenser outside at the life lobby. Suite room had a fridge, sofa and an induction stove, along with some plates cutlery and other stuff. Bathroom is equipped with shower and jacuzzi. Will book this hotel again for my next stay.

Check-in was unbelievably quick in 5mins. Awesome view from 27 floor, though bathtub can be cleaner with better drainage system. Encountered mis-info that Dinosaur Waterpark was chargeable even for hotel guests, but it was raining so park was closed.
