Hotels with a Wedding Venue in Colorado

My mother and I were staying here for a week, we really enjoyed every moment, we were a tad bit disappointed with the pool being closed, however the hospitality, and warmness we’ve recieved from the staff was more than enough to have a great time. We want to give a speciall shout out to kade, we only interacted with her on our first day, however she was more than helpful, patient and kind. As she took care of us, helped us solve problems and recommended really cool spots; Leaving us with a great start and experience staying at Sonesta!! Breakfast was amazing, rooms were all ways cleaned, and i especially enjoyed the 24 hr gym !! Would highly recommend.

The room was clean and the rooftop pool with an outdoor seating area and hot tubs was very nice. Overall the property was great. My reason for not giving the property 5 stars was the check-in process. We arrived early to check in and were told to come back at the check in time of 4 pm. At 4 pm, the lobby was very crowded and somewhat chaotic. This was on a Saturday. After waiting 30 minutes in a long line to check in, the woman at the counter at 4:30 told us our room was not cleaned and we'd receive a call when it was. I thought it unacceptable that our room was not ready even after the official check-in time.

Breakfast was good but not as many items to choose from this last visit.
