The staff is always pleasant and wanting to speak with you about your stay. The gentleman at the bar is very nice and is clean and cares about how he serves the food. Great music in that area. He makes the environment very friendly for folks to just get along from wherever they are traveling to and from. And he serves amazing drinks that aren’t to expensive

Apparently if you are staying here for more than a few days you aren’t allowed to have your room freshened up or clean linens or towels. Especially if your book through a third party. No disclosures or notifications given irt this at time of booking. Staff are trying to be as courteous as possible however the GM here is atrocious and should not be managing a hotel or people

Room was nice and beds nice. Bathroom was out of shower gel and only had a little bit of toilet paper left with no more stocked. My main complaint is the kitchen. There was no soap or paper towels, utensils were all crusty and dirty, and there were half eaten bags of chips in the cabinets. 2 TINY trash cans were all that was provided. Room was so loud. Could hear every conversation next to our room and above our room. someone was smoking weed near us could smell it in the hallway. Kids loved the pool.

We are old and have mobility issues and we had to walk the farthest distance from the car. This hotel isn’t set up for the handicapped. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone if you have a disability

The room could definitely be cleaned a lot better. Curtains had cigarette burns, carpet wasn't vacuumed and some chairs in the lobby were pretty dirty. The staff were very friendly.

Taya was amazing at the front desk. Professional and went above and beyond. I extended my stay twice, mostly because of her assistance and customer service. The breakfast and the rest of the staff were also pleasant. The amenities were helpful and convenient. A little older hotel but the value was so worth it.

Room was not clean one day they did not put in the system to be clean. Faucet water broken. Heater was giving cool air. We put the heater 72 never stop all time on and on with horrible noise. Front desk never give eye contact did not feel welcome. Kitchen very dark not light in the ceeling. Hotrible experience
