Viaje desde Puerto Rico a Medellín sola para una cita dental y me hospedé en el Heiss ya había viajado antes a Medellín pero me había hospedado en otro y WAO! Amé todo me hicieron update de habitación sin pedirlo me asignaron una con balcón y sin costo adicional y yo encantada con la vista y el trato. Está superrrrr cerca de varios brunch y restaurantes su ubicación es excelente 100% recomendado
