Absolutely love this hote. The rooms are beautiful. The views amazing the roof top dinning hall spectacular. Me and my wife got to know the staff. Don. Diego, Don Giovanni bell hops, Don. jose in the kitchen. Seńora Elizabeth kitchen staff. The host at the front desk were patient and present. We will be back in April and we can't wait.

The staff was amazing. It was an amazing experience. The breakfast is unique everybody from the front door doorbell guys. Everybody was so amazing so adequate, elegant, and very charming they behavior they were out of this that would have been the best experience that I ever have in a hotel.

The worst service I have ever seen in my life. A hotel with employees and disgusting attitude. Bad experience. Disrespectful attitude. Everything has to be paid before 3 pm. You will not receive a key to the room. Only for an additional payment will someone come to visit you. Subculture. Pay extra money. No room delivery even ten minutes late. Otherwise you will pay. I do not recommend. One of the worst attitudes and places I have seen. Not recommended hotel.

The hotel was beautiful & clean! We loved the pool & the Jacuzzi. The hotel offered three very nice restaurants and we loved dining at the rotating rooftop restaurant that included wonderful live entertainment, great food & the service was exceptional. The hotels staff was very professional, personable & accommodating and we felt safe & secure & at this location. I highly recommend this hotel because you will not be disappointed with the location, amenities & local vendor options.😘

La experiencia no cumplió con las expectativas. Durante mi estadía no tuve acceso a internet por dos días, lo cual fue bastante inconveniente. Además, hubo situaciones con el personal que me hicieron sentir incómoda: un guardia fue poco cordial con la persona que vino a entregarme comida y la empleada del área de desayuno mostró una actitud poco profesional. Son detalles que afectan la percepción general del servicio. Considero que el hotel podría mejorar la atención y la calidad en la experiencia del huésped.
