EVERYTHING WAS EXCEPTIONAL! Front desk was AMAZING, MIGUEL was VERY VERY helpful. Food was exceptional at the restaurant, ROOMS are clean and neat, very spacious, I Stayed in apartment 309, which has a living room and a big bedroom. I would like to mention a waitress at the restaurant, her name is Leidy, SHE WAS VERY VERY ATTENTIVE and Professional, also Martha was very good to me! Thank you all for the exceptional service! The AC in the room was very noisy so we couldn't sleep and the outlets to connect the cellular didn't want to work. The suites can be better if they install a door between the bedroom and the living room and dining room. The staff at the hotel need more training, we stayed at NH Collection WTC in Bogota and everybody is very courteous an helpful not at this hotel. The prices at the WTC Bogota were cheaper than Medellin.
