I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all, we had to wait a really long time for the check in, the staff at the reception seem like they don’t care about the service or at least very negligent. While we were waiting at check in there were about at least 3 more customers upset. On top of the wait, our room had no soap and the toilet was not even working, we called the reception but nobody picked up, we had to go to the lobby to get help but we never really get proper help, the response from the front desk was that they also use the bathroom and they too noticed water running slow. What kind of answer is that!. I’m truly disappointed I wish I can get my money back cause we stay there literally not even 4 full hours.

I booked a room at the Prime section thinking it was better than the Select but I was not able to sleep. Since I checked in early, they gave me a room all way back of the elevator. The windows were painted so no view outside. I was not able to sleep well due to extreme noises in the outside. People talking loud, throwing objects. Moving thins. These noises were on and off all night until 3:30 am. My flight was early so I needed to get ready at 5:00 am
