Uninformed, uneducated, unfriendly staff. Provide guest with wrongful information to make them get additional charges. My first room has a really small bed and really bad shape condition bathroom. When I complained about the staff didn’t even bother to look or offer any apologies. Instead they charged me more money in order to get a better room even do my Platinum Status would qualify me for a free upgrade they chose to ignore that. Didn’t even get the free Perk.
Then the new room was very noisy that you couldn’t even sleep.
So many wrong things with the place.
Advice: “Listen to the guest feedback carefully”.
