We stayed for four nights while visiting family for the holidays. Having never stayed at this brand, we were impressed from the first moment walking in. Friendly people, clean, modern and comfortable. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom, in room fridge and the bed/bedding were very comfortable. The room even had a ceiling fan. We dined in Famille and loved the inventive menu. We will definitely stay agai .

The most clean room we' ve ever been. Excellent staff, room service on point, the view to the Rocky Mountain was breath taking. The room has an excellent refrigerator, the coffee in the room its perfect, the amenities made a very pleasant stay. They have a restaurant and many other options in a walking distance surrounding. The bedding and sheets are awesome bringing you an excellent time for complete relaxation. They also have a fire place that could be enjoyed like if you're in your own living room. We noticed that they create a space with all you can need to wrap your gifts (tape, a viriaty of wrapping papers, scissors, etc.). Our stay just felt like home. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

First I want to stay staff was welcoming and courteous and our room was clean and comfortable. But, for a fairly new hotel (5 years old) things seem to be rapidly falling apart. Our linoleum "wood floor" was bubbling up and chipped off in areas, the sinks don't drain because of the faulty design, the coffee maker in our room was broken (and replaced with someone else's from down the hall, coffee cups were dirty, clocks in the lobby and our room were hours inaccurate and could not be changed (broken too?). We loved the wrapping station and wrapped a few gifts, neatly putting everything away as we had found it before the following day someone left the station destroyed, with trash and paper strewn everywhere. Why didn't management clean this up and resupply? The station is visible from the front desk? All very disappointing and could be addressed with more oversight. We would like to stay there again because of location, cost and convenience but will seriously reconsider.
