Access to EVERYTHING you want around town. This place is a 4 block walk from Union station, Coors Field, McGregor’s Square, RiNo, half a mile from Ball Arena and 1 mile to Empower field and Mission Ballroom. There is parking included in the building, a gym, and a bunch of sport courts: racquetball, tennis, pickleball, basketball courts. When you need a little more there is a community room open until 10pm with shuffleboard and pool tables. Miniature golf is across the street :)

The space wa immaculate, super comfortable bed, walkable to everything we wanted to do, great view, exceptional doorman and we met the cutest little pug who lives in the building. Nice, well supplied 1 bedroom in downtown Denver near Coors field. Included indoor parking a big plus. Eclectic decorated apartment. Bathtub/shower may be an issue since step in bathtub with no support bars or handles. Would stay again.

Great downtown location

Super cute condo, very clean. Owner provided great communication if/when contacted. In walking distance to everything downtown, food-entertainment-ball field... and only about 30 minute drive to towns like Boulder and Morrison/Red Rocks area.
