The swimming area war in the middle of the property, which was great. However, the hallways and maps were very complicated and easy to get turned around/lost. Similar to the colleseum, the hallways were basically a circle around. Staff was great, very clean and safe.

Would not recommend - price is high for the quality of the hotel. We ended up leaving because the pool smelled like poop, the bathroom had hair and bugs in it. Did not want to risk my children’s health for a night of sleep.

We had issues with the exterior door slamming all night and ended up switching rooms. The new room’s heater wasn’t working mid winter so they had to bring up a space heater for us in the middle of the night. They make a big deal out of their “waterpark” where you need to wear a bracelet to gain entry, but it was mostly a toddler pool with one big waterslide and a hot tub. I wouldn’t pay the $10 entry fee for non guests, that’s for sure!!! They also did not have towels poolside. You have to grab pool towels at the front desk, which they failed to tell us. To be fair, the kids had a blast going to the pool and the staff tried to help us as best as they could. The sports bar had decent food and the hot breakfast was also not bad.

The hotel itself and the staff were perfectly fine and we had absolutely zero complaints there. We did however have a not so great experience with the staff in the restaurant. We walked in and sat down. There was 7 of us. We sat for 20 minutes before I had to get up and asked what I assumed to be the man in charge ( wearing a polo that was untucked and stained with food ) and ask him if someone would help us as we hadn’t even gotten so much as a hello we will be right with you. Meals were forgetting to be rung in. When I was handed my check, they were trying to charge me for things I DID NOT order nor did I receive. All in all the restaurant in the hotel was TERRIBLE!!

Not worth $308 for a night!

Tv did not have cable, ran out of food for breakfast, guy at the pool working was rude as could be, front desk lady was great. We would never recommend this hotel.

They must be in the middle of upgrading, as they have brand new TVs but no one knew how the remotes worked. Not many channels available, either. There were spots, lamp shades for one, that we're old and beat up. The room door didn't reach down to the floor, so it was a bit noisy for awhile, but settled down about 9:PM. Beds were wonderful. We loved the wheelchair accessible shower ! Food was excellent ! The bar/restaurant was sorely under staffed on Saturday. Made for a long wait for food. Definitely needed more kitchen staff. There were only 3 people, and the place was packed. Once they get these issues resolved, it'll be an awesome place again.

All was good, kids loved the pool area. Everything was clean except the sock in our room that wasn't ours. Would stay again.
