This is a lovely hotel but they need to work on their communication between staff. There were several issues that were not well communicated among the staff. Also, TV did not work nor did coffee pot or Espresso machine.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and good size. The proximity to the beach couldn't have been better. The beach was clean and well maintained with lifeguards on duty. The restaurant next door was delicious and the staff was so kind. That view though was so beautiful!!

Hidden gem on the beach!

100% will stay again soon! The hotel staff is amazing!! They greet you with a smile and go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The outdoor area is beyond your expectations! Lots of seating, the most beautiful view RIGHT ON THE BEACH, and fire pits for the evening. Beach chairs, umbrellas, water toys, and beach blankets all available just ask! Walking distance to eating and shopping with a great variety. And right next door to a beautiful park. This place is a hidden gem!

Our stay at the Del Mar Beach Hotel was absolutely excellent. The service was top-notch from the moment we arrived—warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The location couldn’t be better—just steps from the beach, which made it incredibly easy to enjoy the ocean at any time of day. We also loved being within walking distance to Del Mar Village, with its charming shops and great dining options. This hotel is a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and coastal beauty.
