The second bedroom is the size of many cabins on a cruise ship-- 262 square feet-- and features a. queen size bed, a set of bunk beds, and a roll-away bed if needed. Plenty of sleeping space for the kids and their friends! Or, plan a getaway for just the guys or girls! You'll love the convenience. Park your car outside the slider door for easy loading and unloading of luggage and groceries. Only 90 steps to the beach, 65 to the heated pool-- no waiting for elevators! 25 steps and you are on the beach watching the sunrise! Unit is on the first floor on the side of the bldg which allowed us to back into our parking spot and unload directly into the condo! The bldg facilities are clean (even the common laundry rooms) and the staff very friendly and helpful. Super convenient to have a pool to splash in which is less than 25 steps away! Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean. We felt safe. There is a surf shop called Dalia's across the street. She is amazing! Very kind. Condo owner very responsive. I spoke with him directly a few times and he was very kind. A great trip!
