The pool was in another building, so with very cool weather, we didn’t go. Was promptly brought new towels when asked, but dirty ones were not picked up. Room was fantastic! Clean, large, everything you could need. We would definitely stay there again.

The staff was outstanding—AS ALWAYS. Our room was okay: Ceiling above kitchen sink was bubbled and stained—an apparent water leak. The toilet ran after flushing unless we jiggled the handle. We ran out of toilet paper—no backup? Not having an ACCESSIBLE PARKIMG SPACE for my husband who is 100% DAV is aggravating. Half of the parking lot was roped off and not to be used. We’re expected to park ACROSS THE STREET in overflow parking?? We won’t return unless the lot between the towers is OPEN and there’s access to the beach for DISABLED GUESTS.
