The staff was outstanding—AS ALWAYS. Our room was okay: Ceiling above kitchen sink was bubbled and stained—an apparent water leak. The toilet ran after flushing unless we jiggled the handle. We ran out of toilet paper—no backup? Not having an ACCESSIBLE PARKIMG SPACE for my husband who is 100% DAV is aggravating. Half of the parking lot was roped off and not to be used. We’re expected to park ACROSS THE STREET in overflow parking?? We won’t return unless the lot between the towers is OPEN and there’s access to the beach for DISABLED GUESTS.

Overall great experience. Room was large enough to accommodate our group. Kitchen was good enough to make food, had basic utensils and plates/bowls. Laundry in our unit was a plus, and dishwasher was very helpful. Friendly staff, plenty of towels. Would stay again!

Our AC was so loud and rattled so badly we couldn’t even leave it on. It was terrible. We could every noise from the road all night long. And the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on in my life. Worse than a tile floor. Truly the worst stay at a hotel in a long time. Expensive, terrible beds, broken AC, and thin walls.

Clean room, lacking storage in the bathroom for personal items, and NO water pressure in the shower. Shower was terrible due to lack of water. We washed our hair with a cup of water. Also - wrong info was sent to us multiple times regarding pool and beach access being closed, it was open so we did not bring our suits. VERY disappointed with the FAKE NeWS that was given to us by email and text.
