Not satisfied for a Hilton Hotel!

Upon arrival the service person at desk was very courteous, very nice but gave no other info about check out or info on the pool being down. Other than a sign on door as you walked in. The elevators were dirty, smelled like mold. In the rooms there were No microwaves, No coffee maker. There were not very many choices for breakfast .Bagels, Apples ,oranges yogurt or oatmeal and cereal. No hot foods. Just overall not a good experience will not be coming back to this hotel!

Oceanfront is worth it...

I came to Ormond for an oceanfront experience. This hotel delivered a pleasant evening. I watched the moon rise and the stars twinkle. I fell asleep to the sounds of the waves lapping on the shoreline. I got to see the sunrise from my own balcony. It waa a great experience overall and am thrilled to relive it in December.

I have to be honest, this property management is a SCAM. I booked this property for a 2 day get away, have stayed another hotel in Ormond beach and loved it. We decided to give this one a try. Upon arrival on September 10th there were signs apologizing about ongoing facility maintenance, no big deal. Also a note was posted that as of September 8th the pool would be closed for "ANNUAL maintenance:.WHAT<<<<<<<<

I did not like the $10.00 a day extra for parking your car. It was like paying more for your room without telling you ahead of time. For that reason, I will not be returning there and of course tell my friends.

The staff was great and room clean. They took care of everything we needed. I did not like that we had no microwave. That wouldve cut back on expenses. Overall will definitely stay again.

Great location, bad hotel.... it was VERY dirty. Dark black hair evweywhere, toilets didnt want to flush, multiple roaches, water leaking hitting us while we were on the patio. It says "room service" but staff made us go and get towels from front desk, wouldnt bring anything to ojr toom. Water refill station down with expired filter.VERY disappointed especially with it being Hilton, they're normally nice.

We stayed as a family of five for two weekdays. There were few guests at the hotel, so everything went perfectly. We felt safe, enjoyed a beautiful ocean view, and were very relaxed and comfortable. The only drawback was the elevator and its surroundings, which always seemed dirty. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to rest and spend a pleasant time at your hotel.

Hotel was nice. Bottom tier of Hilton. Nice shower, pump bottles of shampoo, bodywash and conditioner. Bagel bar breakfast, good coffee. Bad: huge, huge, huge ocean front patio with too few tables and too few lounges. Parking! When you check in you find out that you need to pay to park and keep a tag on your dash. They have above and garage parking. There was a soccer tourney in town and many of the families stayed at the property which meant overflowing trash cans and bags of trash left outside rooms. Staff was stretched thin trying to keep up.
