The pool was freezing and my children could not enjoy it. Then there was no hot water when we went to take showers. The breakfast was supposed to be at 7 but wasn't open until 730 so we were not able to eat. The worst experience I have ever had at a hotel.

This place is a dump! I got there after a long day driving, and had booked a room in advance, but they told me there were no rooms, even though I had pre-paid. They finally managed to find one, but they also didn't seem to understand the software or the general operations. They kept blaming a co-worker, bad-mouthing her to me. Then, the one room they had was a bit shabby, with a ripped shade that let in light. In the morning, the shower never got warm at all, so I had to shower cold. And then the first floor hallway had a number of garbage cans out, catching dripping water from the ceiling. The place is surrounded by a number of other hotels I should have picked, so don't pick this one!
