The hotel main area was nice enough. The man we checked in with was polite. I was disappointed by the room itself. The mini fridge was dirty. Pain was chipping in the walls. What wasn’t chipped looked like someone had been rubbing dirty on it. They looked disgusting. As I said the main lobby was very pretty. And appeared well kept but I didn’t spent a lot of time there.

We chose this because it had a restaurant and bar. We were not aware that they are closed on Sundays. The tv did not work well. There were warn spots in the carpet and tile missing in bathroom. Mirrors were not clean. Not enough towels or coffee in the room. No Makeup remover wipes.

Everything was fine. I did notice how the woman who checked me in, was bent over typing. That must be hard in her back. The receptionists should have a one of those desks that raise up to their level. Or at least a chair. As someone who is tall and suffers with back pain, it was something that I noticed right away. She was super nice though

Okay, but could be better..

It wasnt a bad stay, just seemed a little dirty. The table had something that spilled and got under the glass top. This ended up molding and just looked dirty. Overall, it wasnt bad, just wasnt great.

Step Back In Time -

Dated room, no usb connections. Old chipped furniture, ac heat unit makes noise like a tsunami, so hard to sleep. Room didn’t have stocked coffee service…four pod holder, three pod, two decaf. Needed help with tv….limited viewing. No premiums.

We thought this would be as clean as a Holiday Inn Express, but not even close! It stinks from the time you enter the door. The place was dark and needs updating. The room smelled and was also aging. The whole experience was poor. We continued our trip at a nearby hotel with a much better experience at a lower prices.

The hotel was a great property, a little dated but had comfortable beds, clean rooms and convenient location. The only issue I ran into was the front lobby staff, when I asked for more towels she almost made me feel like a criminal questioning me on how many guests even though I booked the proper room for 2 adults and 2 kids, I literally only asked for 4 towels. Other than that the other staff were pleasant and it was a good stay.
