Our king sized bed was one the most comfortable hotel beds we’ve ever slept on. We enjoyed the layout and cleanliness of our room. Unfortunately, the coffee station in our room was very poor, and the coffee was weaker than Biden’s term in office. There was no tea/coffee available in the lobby for guests which was disappointing for such a nice and modern looking hotel.

I booked a 4-night stay, but the experience was terrible. The first room I was given was awful—it reeked of cigarette smoke, and the bathroom light didn’t work. My kids couldn’t sleep because of the smell. After I complained, I was moved to another room, but it was even worse than the first one. Frustrated, I canceled the rest of my booking around 2 a.m. and booked a different hotel. Avoid this place at all costs!

Give me what my money paid for

Overall, the stay was average. The black man at the front desk was very rude as if he had an attitude when I asked if any more rooms was available with a balcony. The young lady that I spoke with earlier that day, I think her name was Leslie. She was very nice and sweet, unfortunately she was not the person that greeted me. I would stay in this hotel again because it is in a great very safe location and it is close to a lot of things.

The room was nice enough, but there was no gym, no food and our TV only got like 10 channels. I asked the useless guy with the goofy glasses at the front desk about the TV and he said he would have them program the TV, They didn't. When I picked the hotel it listed the gym and teh food options, but those weren't available.
