My only complaint is that handicapped parking should be closer to the entrance than it is. Members only parking on the left is closer and on a flatter surface, while handicapped customers have further to walk, up an incline, on a sidewalk, that while painted to get your attention, has panels of different heights, that are tripping hazards.

There was a delay in checking in because the room wasn't ready, and the employee repeatedly mentioned the check-in time was not until 4 PM. However, I told them it was ok to switch me to an available room, and still delayed. The employee then went home without telling the next shift that I was waiting to be checked in.
