Zero stars … The room they gave us was occupied by other people... they changed it without any explanation or apology... the employees seemed angry... the breakfast was very bad, everything was empty and the employees seemed like they were cleaning rooms instead of attending to the dining room... no attention from them. No recommendations for this hotel …

Nice and clean

The room was very clean and comfortable. It was plenty large enough for us to have room to move around in. Everything seemed to be in working order. The only thing I wish is that there were more USB charging ports instead of just on the clock. It was fairly quiet and appeared to be in a good neighborhood.

The hotel was undergoing some renovations during our stay (that would have been nice to know before booking). It took a little while to check in, we had to wait (about 15-30mins) while the room was made available. Also, the photos show a hot tub with the indoor pool, but the hot tub was covered and not accessible (and the pool was VERY cold). The renovations included some work on the roof which was very close to our room and somewhat noisy (but not during late hours). The hotel required the key to use the elevator (and access the stairs from what I was told by other guests), which was new to me. The room was in very good condition, the staff was very friendly and professional, the breakfast was very good. The price and location were very good, overall I was pleased with the stay (aside from the items mentioned).

This property is under construction and it was not listed as so when I made the reservation. I would have never stayed here knowing. Our first room reaked of pot and the next one smelled of plaster.
