My stay was very nice. The room was spacious & the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff and check in was easy as well.

Would NOT Stay Again

The remote was duct taped and only the power button and the volume buttons worked. The room didn't have a coffee maker like the pictures showed it would, so we had to go to the lobby area to get it, but could only tolerate sitting in the lobby to drink our coffee for a maximum of 5-7 min because then we started dripping from sweat because it was so hot and they didn't cool it sufficiently. In addition, our room air unit was insufficient as well - we lowered it but were still hot at night. The pillows were not really comfortable, but thank goodness we brought our own just in case. Overall, will not be staying at Red Roof Inn in Lancaster, TX again.

I didn’t like the fact my husband and myself told management about the running and stomping upstairs above our room. Nothing was done about so we didn’t relax or rest until we got home.
