Newly Decorated Stylish house ! Home away from Home in a quiet neighborhood. (Not a party venue home) Spend time in the Heated spa and pool. (See details in description) Family and Kids can enjoy the Gameroom/ movie room for everyone . Grill master can BBQ on the charcoal grill. Kids will enjoy the bunk room to visit before sleeping. Two living area give everyone a place the hang out/talk or catchup on a movie series. Backyard with pool/Spa sitting area and fun time. Home is centrally located between Dallas and Fort Worth providing access to all the popular sites in North Texas. Only 10 minutes from DFW airport .

House rules :

1. Party rules: No Party is allowed. This house is located in a safe, nice, quiet, peaceful, and friendly neighborhood. Unauthorized events are not allowed. Outdoor quiet time is 10 pm - 8:00 am. Pre-approval is required for the visitors.

2. Parking: Only parking on the driveway or in front of our house only. No parking in front of any neighbor's house, no blocking mailboxes. 6 cars is the max. 2- 4 cars on the driveway and 2 in front of the house ). Security cameras: Ring doorbell is at the front door.

3. Spa /Pool heat: The pool can be scheduled to be heated only between 10 am to 9.30 pm upon advanced request only.
The heater system only accommodates the entire pool at 78-82 degrees or spa to 99 degrees. The Pool and Spa heat fee is $80 per day.If you only need the Spa Heat - $50 per day

Pool heater :
If the outdoor temperature is above 50 degrees, heating the entire pool to 78-82 degrees is possible within 10-12, but if the outdoor temperature is lower than 50 degrees, heating the entire pool is very challenging, and may not be warm enough for swimmers, please keep this in mind. Actually, running the heater under 40 degrees can be detrimental to the unit, so our pool heater will not be operated if the temperature is below 40 degrees.

Spa Heater.
Spa heat can reach 95-99 degrees within 2 hours if the outdoor temperature is above 50 degrees. If the outdoor temperature is below 40 degrees, the spa heater will not be operated to protect the heater unit from damage.


4. Our nightly rate covers the first 8 guests, for extra guests, $20 per person per night. Please book with an accurate guest count, the system will provide an accurate quote before the booking is finalized. No unauthorized guests beyond booking . No authorized visitors.

5. Illicit Drugs or Activities: Strictly no illicit drugs or activities permitted on the property, and no excessive alcohol consumption. If it is discovered that guests are not adhering to this rule their reservation will be canceled without refund and will have to vacate the property.

No smoking or vaping inside the home.

6. After you check in , if there are any issues with the house , please let the hosts know right away , Issues need to be addressed during the stay. thank you.

7. Violation of the main house rules (noise ordinance violations, unauthorized /excessive guests and/or vehicles parking in front of the neighbor's houses ) can constitute a cancelation of your booking .

8. Pets needs preapproval , pet fee $20 per pet per stay.

Two day stay

House ended up being way bigger that we needed, but definitely would be great for a couple of families with multiple kids. We didn't actually spend much time at the house since we were doing other activities in DFW area. Christina is super responsive and easy to communicate with.

Lovely home!

Such a lovely cozy home! Very spacious home and Christina was very accommodating with our family. The home is stocked with kitchen items to cook in the home which was perfect for us. Would note the knobs on the oven do get stuck which gave us a scare when the gas kept ticking turned off. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to anyone visiting the Flower Mound area.

We had 10 people in our group from a few different states, all meeting in Dallas. We had no couples in our group, just old friends and our adult kids, so it was really nice for everyone to have their own bed. Everything was exactly as advertised!We were appreciative of the laundry facilities, pool, patio, and charcoal grill.

Retirement celebration

Girls shopping weekend

Girls 60th birthday trip from Georgia. The home was a perfect central location. Easy access from DFW airport. We loved lakeside village for shopping drinks and food. Plenty of room with beds for all of us. We drove to the stockyards, visited carpernaum studios and visited JFK memorials. All convenient from the home. We didnā€™t use the pool, but loved the fireplace

Nice location of the property, pretty home, plenty of things ready on hand in kitchen/bathrooms. My friends and I throughly enjoyed our stay recently. The home was overall great and met all of our needs and expectations. We planned a trip to go out for a local game so unfortunately we didnā€™t get to enjoy the homes pool and hot tub but the communication with our host was great when it came to canceling our expected hot tub fee. There was plenty of space and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Nice location, great pool.

Property owner has great communication. Pool is great. Upstairs beds are not very comfortable and upstairs shower was difficult to make war otherwise a great home.
