Oat milk is spoiled. Two of my kids got stomach. Yogurt was out before closing time. Even I told the worker, she did not refill. Breakfast time on Holiday is finished at 9 am instead of weekend time (10 am). We did not get to have any breakfast.

This particular building was newer and clean. Breakfast was good. This time around the air and heat worked. I was disappointed to find out there were no housekeeping due to the New Year holiday. We had to make a few trips to the front desk for towels, sheets, trash bags,etc. The trash cans on each floor were over flowed. We had to used the trash cans outside the hotel. That's just ridiculous. They had the nerve to keep my incidental fee for whatever reason. What a rip off considering we had to room service ourselves. Not sure whose worse between H2S and The Hampton Inn.
