Technically this situation is not the hotels fault but when someone reports something take action. It goes like this my daughter was trying to enjoy the swimming pool and was NOT able to because there were at least 10-15 kids running around the pool jumping in jumping out. I understand kids will be kids but they were being aggressive with throwing wet towels to one another and other Items in the pool area. My daughter was only able to stand in a corner to avoid getting hit. I went to the person in the front desk and asked for 2 dry towels since there were none he proceeded to tell me the pool closes @10 (which I know) not our first stay. I did mention about the kids running around like crazy and throwing things around. All he could do is give me the towels. Unsatisfied and didn’t enjoy the stay on this trip. We drive from San Antonio to come visit family and stay here atleast 4-5 times a yr
