I really liked this hotel! Very clean! Very friendly staff! Very new! Easy to get to places to eat and they even offered to take me to the airport for free! I would recommend anyone going to the airport to stay here it was only 8 minutes away from DFW!

The property itself is great. Clean and modern. Daryl Thompson, the supervisor was good and ubderstood our frustration Now the bad. We showed up short of 2 AM, after a long and tiring day if travel and getting stuck at the car rental to get a car. When we get there, the font door was locked, and nobody in reception.we rang the bell and called for 30+ minutes. Eventually another guest came in and let me in. But with no one at reception, we could not check in. I walked around the whole first floor and could not see anyone. Another couple came to teyvto check in and they Eventually left. My wife and I waited in frustration fir about 1.5 hrs until the guy Eventually show up. His justification: I'm sorry, I wa doing rounds (its a very small hotel). In reality, he was probably sleeping inban empty room or left the property. Needless to say, ive never had such a poor experience at a hotel.Hard to think this can happen at a Hilton hotel.

My favorite this about this property is the night Manager Moriah. She is always so helpful, accommodating, and very friendly. She always says hello when I come in, as I visit Dallas monthly. Moriah makes my stay at Tru Hotel feel truly personal. Thank you Moriah for always brightening my weekend!

Cool new concept, but VERY small rooms with little to no sitting areas. Do not try to entertain in the room. No microwave in the room. However pool tables and tvs and microwave are in the lobby. Very clean and very accommodating.

Clean, very comfortable. And quiet. Super-friendly and helpful staff-especially Moriyah. Good, hot, breakfast. I stay in the Dallas area several times a year. I believe I have found my new go-to for those stays.

Poor Service - Unusable Internet

Pick up: At time of reservation the website said shuttle runs every 30 mins, so I went to pick up point and waited. Nothing. After 30 mins I called and they informed me that they would send shuttle only if guest calls and so I had to wait another 30 mins for pick up. Check-In: Was easy and quick. Did not ask if I was a Hilton member. Did not offer water, but on asking gave me 2 bottles. Room: Phone did not work, Light by the bed did not work. Worst of all - internet was so slow it was unusable. I had to connect on my phone - which was much faster. Room was clean - though very small. Got a text later asking to let them know if I needed anything. I replied back that I would like the shuttle ride at 7 am the next morning. They replied back "Sure" the next afternoon at 1 pm - by which time I even reached home a 1000 miles away! Check-Out: No one asked if everything was alright. I was waiting for that. Since they didn't seem interested in knowing, I thought it's time to publish a review! Breakfast: Good!
