Very nice hotel! This property was great even though the bar was closed until ‘after a special event’. The shuttle driver and other staff were great. We might’ve ridden the gondola but couldn’t find out any information about when it would run.

The perfect place to stay for a mother daughter weekend! We didn’t get to experience the pool but I’ll be back with my girlfriends for sure. The front desk staff was so so so pleasant. Greeted us every time we walked in the door with a friendly smile. Truly the best front desk I’ve experienced in a long time.

Only a little bit of work to do.

We must say that the customer service there was amazing. There were a couple of things about the room: 1st the room didn't stay cold at all and 2nd the shower was flooding outside of the bathroom. The water doesn't seem to flow down the drain as if it's not sloped correctly. There should never be areason that the water comes out to the hall by the main entrance to your room. It was late so we used every towel and robes to clean it up. Other than that we are not against staying again it these things are taken care of. We really really enjoyed your staff amazing women.
